Aftabur Rahman Jafree joined Ghashful as Chief Executive Officer in 2003. Mr. Jafree got involved in various activities of the organization since 1978 by serving as the General Body member of Ghashful. He is an alumnus (Old Faujian Association) of the Chittagong Faujdarhat Cadet College and completed his post-graduate degree from the University of Chittagong.Mr. Aftabur Rahman Jafree is involved with various social and networking organizations. He is a board member of the Divisional Child Labor Welfare Council - Chattogram, Convener of the World Child Labor Day Celebration Council - Chattogram, a member of the District Child Labor Monitoring Committee - Chattogram, member of the CDF General Body, Board member of FNB, INAFI, BSAF, NEARS and STI/AIDS Network Bangladesh. He is a lifetime member of the Population Health Movement (PHM) and Chattogram Maa-o-Shishu and General Hospital.

Mr. Muhammad Faridur Rahman, born in September 01, 1955, is currently working
as Director (Operations) for Ghashful. Prior to that, he served as a Country Director for BRAC International SriLanka and CEO of BRAC International Pakistan. He has also worked for ASA International, Myanmar as Managing Director and Ghana as Deputy Managing Director. 

He was awarded with Aga Khan Foundation, Canada Scholarship for pursuing Master in Development Management in Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines. Aside from his regular profession he is a consultant, academician and trainer. 

He is an active member of Publication and Documentation in the Co-coordinating council for Human Rights in Bangladesh (CCHRB), Honorary Director, Pakistan Micro-Finance Network association (PMN) and Member of Policy and Advocacy Group of Myanmar Microfinance Association (MMFA). 

He has published a number of research papers in national and international journals from renowned institutions at Philippines. He has attended many significant training, workshops, seminars and symposium in home and abroad on Management Development, Financial Management, Sector Program Management, Gender Awareness and Monitoring, Environment Awareness, Empowerment of Women etc. from BRAC, Grameen Bank and many notable institutions of Bangladesh. 

His noteworthy international training experiences include Entrepreneurial Approach to Small Enterprise Development by Durham Business School, UK, Project Study Preparation Course (PSPC) by the University of Philippines, Institute of Small Scale Industries (UP-ISSI), Exponential Learning and Deep Immersion on social Mobilization and Concretization by South Asian Professional Network Association (SAPNA), Sri Lanka, etc.

MD. Mahfizur Rahman has been associated with Ghashful since 1994. At present he is designated as Deputy Director (Admin & HR) and playing the responsibilities to lead the Administration and Human Resources Department at present. 

He is in-charge of directing and supervising all the activities of the concerned department and has the reputation of ensuring best performances of his team. He has been also involved in various program/project of the organization alongside his role of the concerned department, such as being the Focal person of Ghashful Second Chance Education Program and YES Project. 

Completing his graduation from Govt. Commerce College under University of Chittagong in 1980, he has been associated with various social and team-building activities in the past. He is also holding the position of President of Lakhera High School Management Committee, situated at Kolagaon Union, Patiya, Chattogram.

Maruful Karim Chy joined Ghasful in 2002. Until 2005, he worked as the manager of Ghashful's Internal Audit Department. From 2006 to 2012, he was involved directly in Microfinance program activities and Financial Inclusion. Since 2012, he has been in charge of the accounting and finance department of the Ghashful. Over 19 years of experience in the areas of Financial Accounting, Financial controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Taxation and VAT. Adept leader of a diverse teams with experience in leading finance strategies to facilitate Ghashful Financial growth plan. A proven ability to consistently challenge and improve existing processes and systems. He is now dealing and collaborating with Income Tax and VAT authority, Commercial Banks, NBFI, PKSF, Auditors and other donor organizations. He is also acting as secretary of Ghashful Audit and Finance committee. He holds a master's degree in accounting and has completed an Articleship in Chartered Accountants and Part-I of ACCA. In his long career, he has received and attended many local and international training and seminar.

Mr. Jayanta Kumer Bosu, who has joined Ghashful as Deputy Director from May 2022.

Prior to joining Ghashful, he worked as Deputy Director- Social Enterprise Development at UCEP Bangladesh. He has over 20 years of experience in implementing and monitoring the Microfinance & Enterprise Development Program in the Development Sector. He has also served Grameen Telecom Trusts as Team Leader & Head of Entrepreneurship Development (Social Business and Program support), Centre for Advanced Research and Social Action (CARSA) as Executive Director (Programs), Bangladesh Freedom Foundation as Program Officer, and Multi-Disciplinary Action Research Center (MARC) as Research Assistant.

He has attended various workshops and has accomplished professional training from PKSF, CARE Bangladesh, ASA, and Indian Centre for Philanthropy -New Delhi.

Ms Khaleda Akter has a long experience in HR and Training sector in different social and development organisations. She joined Ghashful as Assistant Director-HR & Training in 2017. She is the Gender focal person in Ghashful. She is involved in various committees of Ghashful and also is the convener of Sexual Harassment Committee in Ghashful.

Previously, she has worked at various renowned organizations. She has more than 10 years of experience in HR at Sajida Foundation, 4 years of experience in training as a Head Trainer at Cybers Schools Foundation, Dhaka and 3 years of experience at STAP-SHAHAR Project of CARE Bangladesh. 

She completed her Masters in Zoology (Major in Fisheries) from Titumir University College - Dhaka, under National University and completed Post Graduation Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM).  She is also an expert in developing Training Materials, Tools & Modules. She attended, facilitated & conducted different types of TOT & Training in her Job tenure and has been acclaimed as a very good trainer.

Ms. Sadia Rahman, who has joined Ghashful as Assistant Director from February 2022. She is a Finance professional. She has completed her internship from BRAC and have over 5 years of experiences, having served BRAC James P. Grant School of Public Health previously.

She has accomplished professional trainings from Sri Lanka and Nepal, and worked on national and international projects. She has received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Double major in Finance and Economics from North South University and a master's degree in Development Management & Practice from BRAC University. Besides, she has done Diploma in Microfinance from Institute for Inclusive Finance and Development (InM) and experienced exposures in microfinance program.

Mr. Rabbani Basunia has joined Ghashful as Assistant Director-SDP from June 2022.

Prior to joining Ghashful, he worked as Deputy General Manager (SG), Social Development Program- Ashrai. Before that he worked in various positions at Ashrai and he has over 24 years of experience in coordination, management, supervision and implementation of multidimensional projects with renowned Non-Government Organizations. He has also served at PROSHIKA as Associate Coordinator (Ecological Agriculture Program) and ACI Limited as Agronomist-Research and Development of ACI Seed Department.

He has attended various workshops and has accomplished professional training from Bangalore-India, Manusher Jonno Foundation, Proshika, BRRI, ACI Ltd and Ashrai etc.
