National Social Service Day 2023 was celebrated with the slogan “On the march of development and prosperity, we will build the country through social service”. National Social Service Day 2023 was celebrated by Hathazari Upazila Social Service Office in collaboration with Ghashful ENRICH programme. On this occasion, a discussion meeting was held on January 02 at Hathajari Upazila Parishad Auditorium. Chairman of Upazila Parishad Mr. S. M. Rashedul Alam, Upazila Vice Chairman Mr. Md. Nurul Alam and Hathajari Press Club President Babu Keshav Kumar Barua were special guests. Gardwara UP Chairman Mr. Sarwar Morshed Talukder, Ghashful-ENRICH Program Coordinator Mohammad Arif also spoke in the meeting which started with the welcome speech of Upazila Social Service Officer Mr. Md. Mojahidul Islam. After the discussion meeting, disability allowance, senior allowance and education allowance under various services of the government were distributed among the beneficiaries. Also Ghashful participated actively in the program organized by Directorate of Social Services, Chittagong District.
