On 6 July, Ghashful CEO Aftabur Rahman Jafree visited a member group under the organization’s Patnitala Branch in Naogaon and engaged directly with members in an open exchange.
During the visit, members shared their experiences, needs, and expectations. The CEO listened attentively and assured them that Ghashful would continue to stand beside its members in promoting their development and well-being.
Later, he joined a separate discussion session at the branch office with branch officials and field staff. The meeting focused on making branch operations more dynamic, increasing productivity, and ensuring the effective implementation of the “Sufolon” loan program in line with PKSF guidelines.
To strengthen field-level performance, a monitoring checklist was also presented and explained in a practical manner. The CEO provided necessary guidance on improving staff capacity, making project activities more effective, strengthening regular supervision, and enhancing service quality through more member-centered approaches.
The visit and exchange program were attended by Deputy Director Jayanta Kumer Bosu, Zonal Manager Md. Anwar Hossain, Area Manager Jewel Rana, and other concerned officials.
