A refresher training was successfully conducted on 21 April at the Ghashful Feni Sadar Branch, organized by the Feni Area under the Microfinance and Financial Inclusion Program.
The session was graced by Deputy Director Jayanta Kumer Bosu as the chief guest. Also present were Zonal Manager Md. Nazim Uddin and Area Manager Taiyab Alamgir. A total of 32 participants—including 5 Branch Managers, 5 Accountants, and 22 Credit Officers—from Cumilla Sadar, Feni Sadar, Lemua, Chhagalnaiya, and Miabazar branches took part in the training.
During the session, the Deputy Director emphasized the importance of effective time management, achieving targets within stipulated timelines, and organizing regular courtyard meetings at the field level. He also highlighted the need to more effectively promote the organization’s social development initiatives—particularly in agriculture, fisheries, livestock, social forestry, education, and healthcare—among community members.
