A two-day training workshop for 125 Master Craft Persons (MCPs) from Naogaon and Chapainawabganj districts was successfully completed on 20 April 2026 at the BRAC Learning Center (BLC) in Rajshahi under the PRISE Programme, implemented by Ghashful with support from BRAC.
The workshop provided hands-on training on business plan development, effective management, modern marketing strategies, and financial management. Organizers expressed hope that this initiative will enhance the capacity of micro-entrepreneurs and pave the way for sustainable income generation.
On the concluding day, Ghashful’s Project Coordinator and Programme Focal Sirajul Islam and Branch Coordinator Mosharraf Hossain visited the field-level activities and engaged with participants. They emphasized the importance of applying the acquired knowledge in real-life business practices.
The training sessions were facilitated by BRAC District Manager Rozina Khatun.
