A one-day refresher training was held under Ghashful Microfinance Program on 12 January 2026 at the Patnitala Area Office. All the Branch Managers of 6 branches of Patnitola Area under Niamatpur Zone of Naogaon district attended the workshop, including the Area Manager and the Zonal Manager.
The training program was conducted under the chairmanship of Mr. Anwar Hossain, Zonal Manager, and was attended as Chief Guest by Mr. Jayanta Kumer Bosu, Deputy Director of Ghashful.
During the training, detailed discussions and guidance were provided on several ongoing and proposed projects, including SMART, MFCE, and PRISE, alongside important matters related to audit observations and compliance. The sessions aimed to enhance managerial efficiency and strengthen coordination across project and microfinance operations.
The training was attended by Mr. Jewel Rana, Area Manager of the Niamatpur Area, along with Branch Managers from all concerned branches. In addition, Mr. K. M. G. Rabbani Basunia, Assistant Director (SDP), participated in the training along with members of his team.
Participants expressed optimism that such refresher trainings would play a crucial role in strengthening coordination between the Project and Microfinance departments, thereby contributing to the further strengthening of Ghashful’s programs and field-level operations in the future.
