On the occasion of Livestock Week 2025, development organization Ghashful achieved notable success by securing second place at the Livestock Technology Exhibition held in Naogaon, showcasing innovative and effective livestock technologies.
The exhibition was organized under the supervision of the Naogaon District Administration and the District Livestock Office, guided by the theme “Indigenous Breeds, Modern Technology—Advancing Livestock Development.”
The award-giving and closing ceremony took place on 8 January at the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Naogaon. The event was chaired by Dr. Md. Mahfuzar Rahman, District Livestock Officer, with Mr. Md. Saiful Islam, Deputy Commissioner and Executive Magistrate, Naogaon, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Md. Tarikul Islam, Superintendent of Police, as Special Guest.
Ghashful earned this recognition for its impressive livestock technology display under the RMTP Project, which drew strong appreciation from the judges. While receiving the award, Mr. Md. Amir Hamza, Technical Manager of Ghashful, highlighted the organization’s commitment to sustainable livestock development, conservation of indigenous breeds, and effective use of modern technology to empower marginal farmers.
