On Monday, 8 September 2025, a Refresher Training Workshop was held at Ghashful’s Patnitala Branch Office, under the initiative of the Naogaon Zone, Patnitala Area.
Speaking as Chief Guest, Mr. Aftabur Rahman Jafree, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghashful, emphasized the organization’s commitment to recognizing the sincerity and hard work of its staff members. He stated: “Every officer of the organization will be duly valued for their honesty and good work. Ghashful is committed to honoring deserving staff with deserving recognition.” He urged all officers to perform their duties with sincerity, dedication, and the highest level of professionalism.
The workshop was attended by Mr. Jayanta Kumer Bosu, Deputy Director, Mr. Saidur Rahman Khan, Assistant Director (Microfinance), Naogaon Zone, Mr. K.M.G. Rabbani Basunia, Assistant Director, Social Development Program, Mr. Mohammad Selim, Area Manager, Mr. Sirajul Islam, Program Coordinator, as well as Branch Managers and Assistant Officers from six branches of the Patnitala Area.
Organizers expressed hope that the training program would play an important role in enhancing the skills, professional capacity, and operational excellence of Ghashful officers, contributing to the organization’s overall growth and success.
