On 19 December, Ghashful organized a joyful and colourful excursion for the children of its Foster Children Care Center located in Niamatpur, Naogaon. The day long trip was arranged at Green Valley Ltd. in Lalpur, Natore, with the participation of 15 foster children along with their foster parents.
Throughout the visit, the children explored the park, enjoyed various rides and engaged in games and recreational activities. Their laughter, excitement and lively energy transformed the entire park into a vibrant and joyful space. The children also made the trip more memorable by purchasing toys of their own choice.
To ensure the excursion was conducted safely and in an orderly manner, the Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Niamatpur, Ms. Morsheda Khatun, provided necessary guidance and extended her best wishes for everyone’s well being. She expressed sincere appreciation to Ghashful for implementing such a humane and positive initiative for the welfare of children.
The children shared that the excursion was a truly joyful and unforgettable experience, leaving a lasting emotional impact on their hearts.
Representing Ghashful, Acting Zonal Manager Md. Anwar Hossain, ENRICH Program Coordinator Md. Kahinur Islam and Branch Manager Md. Shahidul Islam were present during the visit.
It is worth noting that the Ghashful Foster Children Care Center is a unique initiative in Bangladesh, where foster children grow up in a caring family environment under the supervision of the organization. Along with physical and mental development, the children receive proper education and nurturing to grow into skilled, confident and responsible individuals.
