Ghashful organised a UCC meeting of the “BD Rural WASH for HCD” project on Tuesday, 15 September, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Upazila Agriculture Hall in Hathazari, Chattogram.
The project, implemented with financial support from PKSF, brought together 20 branch managers from 10 partner organisations. Md. Abul Hossain Bhuiyan, IVC of PKSF, attended as the chief guest. Other participants included Md. Nasir Uddin, Assistant Director of Ghashful’s Chattogram Zone, and Mohammad Emranul Morshed, Area Manager of Hathazari, alongside the respective branch managers.
The meeting reviewed activities over the preceding three months and recognised the two best-performing partner organisations. YPSA secured first place, while Ghashful ranked second. Guests presented awards to representatives of both organisations.
Speakers commended the partner organisations’ contributions to bringing safe water, sanitation and hygiene services to rural communities and called for stronger coordination in the days ahead.
