Ghashful won the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) award for publishing the best annual report in 2020. Ghashful bagged first place in the NGO category. On 09 February 2022, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka organized an award ceremony through a virtual platform. ICAB President Mohammad Shahadat Hossain FCA presented the awards to the institutions. Ghashful Finance and Accounts Department Deputy Director Maruful Karim Chowdhury accepted the award on behalf of the organization. SAFA advisor AKM Delwar Hossain FCMA, former president of ICAB Mahmudul Hasan Khosru and council member Md. Humayun Kabir FCA were also present at the event.
