A coordination and experience-sharing meeting was held on 4 June at Ghashful’s Oxygen Branch Office in Chattogram to strengthen the capacity of field-level officials, enhance coordinated program implementation, and accelerate digital transformation under the Microfinance and Financial Inclusion Program.
The meeting brought together Credit Officers, Branch Managers, and Area Managers from 26 branches under the Chattogram Zone. The session was attended by CEO Aftabur Rahman Jafree as the Chief Guest, along with Deputy Director Jayanta Kumer Bosu and Assistant Director Md. Nasir Uddin.
Participants actively engaged in discussions, sharing their field experiences, successes, and challenges. The interactive session created a platform for open dialogue and collective learning.
In his remarks, CEO Aftabur Rahman Jafree emphasized that field-level officials are the backbone of the organization’s progress. He highlighted the need for continuous skill development and greater engagement in digitalization efforts to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
Deputy Director Jayanta Kumer Bosu stressed the importance of having a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing programs and projects, and encouraged stronger collaboration and coordination among staff to ensure integrated development outcomes.
Speakers expressed optimism that such regular exchange meetings will enhance leadership, efficiency, and service quality at the grassroots level, further strengthening Ghashful’s overall development impact.
