A day-long orientation program was organized on 26th January by the Ghashful Foster Children Care Center, with the active participation of foster parents. The program was attended by Mr. K. M. G. Rabbani Basunia, Assistant Director (SDP) of Ghashful, along with other relevant officials.
The orientation session focused on the overall care and protection of foster children, emphasizing the importance of personal hygiene, nutrition, and balanced diet management. In addition, discussions highlighted the critical role of parents and teachers in ensuring children’s mental well-being and educational development, underscoring shared responsibilities and the need for close coordination and cooperation among caregivers and educators.
Such orientation programs aim to strengthen caregiving practices and promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for foster children.
