Under Ghashful’s Microfinance and Financial Inclusion Program, a courtyard meeting was held on 9th April 2026 at the Badalgachhi branch, organized by the Naogaon Zone, engaging participants at the grassroots level.
The primary objective of the session was to promote the development of agro-based micro-entrepreneurs, enhance skills, and increase opportunities for sustainable income among marginalized communities.
Program Manager Amir Hamza conducted the session, providing practical guidance on modern agricultural practices, risk management, savings and investment, and market linkages. Emphasis was also placed on fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and the effective utilization of local resources.
According to experts, microenterprise development is a key driver of inclusive growth, enabling marginalized populations to integrate into the economic mainstream.
Such courtyard meetings play a significant role in ensuring financial inclusion at the grassroots level, while also contributing to employment generation and sustainable livelihood development.
