A one-day refresher training was held under Ghashful Microfinance Program on 11 January 2026 at the Nachol Branch Office. All the Branch Managers of 6 branches of Chapainawabganj Area under Niamatpur Zone of Naogaon district attended the workshop, including the Area Manager and the Zonal Manager.
The workshop was graced by Mr. Jayanta Kumar Bosu, Deputy Director of Ghashful, along with Mr. Md. Anwar Hossain, Zonal Manager, and Mr. Mohammad Sharif Ahmed, Area Manager. Branch Managers from all six participating branches actively engaged in the sessions.
Key discussions during the refresher training focused on the progress of ongoing development projects, implementation strategies, and critical aspects of microfinance operations in the respective areas. The workshop also included an in-depth review of branch-wise targets and achievements over the past year, alongside detailed analysis of audit-related issues, aiming to strengthen operational efficiency and accountability.
