On 16 December, marking Victory Day and the Youth Festival 2025, a vibrant football final match was organized in No. 6 Chhipatali Union of Hathazari upazila, Chattogram, under the Ghashful ENRICH Program, implemented with support from PKSF. The final was held at the Eidgah Bohumukhi High School and College ground, where two strong teams selected from nine ENRICH affiliated wards competed in the final match.
In a festive atmosphere, the Red and Green team emerged as champions with a 1–0 victory within the scheduled time, while the White team secured the runners up position. After the match, trophies were awarded to the champion and runners up teams. Special trophies were also presented to the best player and the best goalkeeper, and medals were given to all players, referees and assistant referees in recognition of their participation.
The event was graced by the Chairman of No. 6 Chhipatali Union Parishad, Mr. Nurul Ahsan Lavu, as the Chief Guest. Professor Md. Osman, Union Parishad Members Md. Shahabuddin and Md. Sekandar, and Vice President of the Senior Union Committee Md. Yusuf attended as Special Guests. Members of the adolescent, youth and senior citizens committees of the union, along with football enthusiasts from different walks of life, were also present to enjoy the match.
Prior to the match, the Chief Guest urged the players to compete with sportsmanship and mutual respect. He also expressed sincere appreciation to Ghashful and PKSF for organizing such a positive and lively initiative for the youth.
The football tournament, held on Victory Day, stood not merely as a sporting event but as a strong symbol of youth energy, unity and healthy recreation, inspiring the local youth community to move forward with confidence and enthusiasm.
