Youth Training Conducted under Ghashful ENRICH Program in Chhipatali Union

With the support of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), a series of day-long youth training programs titled “Social Volunteering, Leadership, and Harmony Development” were organized in Chhipatali Union of Hathazari Upazila, Chattogram. The four batches of training were held at the Union Parishad Hall Room on 21, 25, 28 May and 3 June 2025.

A total of 104 youth participants (76 young men and 28 young women) took part in the trainings.

The sessions were inaugurated by Chowdhury Md. Shahabuddin, a respected social worker and senior community figure. Two male Union Parishad members and three female members were also present during the inaugural event.

The training sessions covered a wide range of topics and were facilitated by experts, including Md. Shah-E-Jahan, Upazila Youth Development Officer of Hathazari; Mirza Shamim Uddin Ahmed, Assistant Upazila Youth Development Officer; Maulana Md. Yusuf Ali, a local madrasa teacher and imam of the local Jame Mosque; and Maulana Mohammad Mohsin.

Participants received valuable guidance on government and non-government opportunities, training and skill development, basic concepts of entrepreneurship, planning, and active participation in social volunteerism.

At the conclusion of each batch, the youth participants made commitments to take part in initiatives related to community service, leadership development, and social harmony. They expressed hope that this training would play a meaningful role in shaping the future of youth leadership, skills development, and social cohesion.
