On 27 May, a specialized health camp focusing on medicine and diabetes was organized by Ghashful under its ENRICH program, with the support of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). The event took place at the premises of Bhavicha Union Parishad, Ward No. 3, in Niamatpur Upazila, Naogaon.
A total of 210 patients received medical consultations related to general medicine and diabetes during the camp. In addition to treatment, free medicines were distributed, and participants were given essential guidance on nutritious food habits, disease prevention, and overall health awareness.
The event was graced by Mr. Mamunur Rashid, Acting Chairman of Bhavicha Union Parishad, as the chief guest.
The camp was successfully coordinated by Md. Kohinur Islam, Coordinator of the Ghashful ENRICH program, along with other relevant officials.
Such initiatives play a crucial role in decentralizing healthcare services and represent a timely and compassionate effort toward ensuring basic healthcare for marginalized populations.
