What We Do under “Integrated Community Development and Social Inclusion”:
Ghashful implements holistic community development interventions that address multiple dimensions of poverty and exclusion. Our work focuses on improving access to essential services such as education, healthcare, nutrition, skill development, employment generation, youth empowerment, and social rehabilitation. We also conduct awareness and advocacy efforts to promote rights, equity, and active community participation.
Who We Serve:
These initiatives are designed for marginalized and vulnerable populations—particularly women, children, youth, elderly people, and socially excluded groups—across rural communities.
Key Program and Supporters:
This thematic area is implemented through the Ghashful ENRICH Program, in collaboration with PKSF, with additional support from Ghashful. The program is currently active in three unions—two in Hathazari and one in Niamatpur Upazila—and contributes directly to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the grassroots level works toward social inclusion, human rights, and equity through holistic community development initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
