The 129th meeting of the Ghashful Executive Committee was held virtually via Zoom on 7 July 2025, from the organization’s Head Office. The meeting was presided over by Dr. Manzoor-ul-Amin Chowdhury, President of the Executive Committee. During the session, several important organizational decisions were made.
The meeting began with a solemn tribute to Ghashful’s Founder Shamsunnahar Rahman Paran, the late Chief Patron M.L. Rahman, and other departed companions who had contributed to Ghashful’s journey.
Joining the meeting online were Shib Narayan Kairy, Vice President; Mafruha Sultana, General Secretary; Shahana Begum, Joint Secretary; K.A.M. Majedur Rahman, Treasurer; and Executive Committee members Professor Dr. Zainab Begum and Parveen Mahmud FCA.
Also present were Chief Executive Officer Aftabur Rahman Jafree, Deputy Directors Maruful Karim Chowdhury, Jayanta Kumer Bosu, and Sadia Rahman; Assistant Director K.M.G. Rabbani Basunia; and Audit & Monitoring Manager Wahid Jaber Chowdhury.
The committee discussed and approved the budget for the fiscal year 2025–2026, along with the revised budget for 2024–2025, among other important matters related to organizational planning and governance.
